Meet the Team

Hi, I'm Daniil, a martial artist (4th dan Aikido Aikikai) and developer based in Germany. DojoMaster is a solo project I started because running a dojo deserves better tools.

I couldn't find a dojo management tool that worked the way a dojos actually work. Most tools are built for gyms, not martial arts schools. DojoMaster is built for dojos — with belt systems, grading history, and kiosk check-in built in from the start.

How do I get started?
Sign up, enter your school name, choose your belt system from a template, and you're in. Most people have their students imported and their schedule set up within 30 minutes.
Is there a free plan?
Yes. The free plan covers up to 20 students and includes all the core features — member profiles, schedule, attendance, belt tracking, and the front door kiosk. You only need to upgrade when you want to add payments or have more than 20 students.
Can I bring in my existing student list?
Yes. Upload a spreadsheet with your students and DojoMaster will read the columns and import them. This takes seconds to do.
What if my belt system is different from the standard templates?
You can customise every belt — name, colour, and required techniques. DojoMaster adapts to your school, not the other way around.
Can my instructors use it without seeing payment information?
Yes. Instructors can take attendance and view schedules. Only you as the owner can see billing details.
What happens if a student's payment fails?
DojoMaster retries it automatically. You'll see which students have payment issues in your dashboard, so you always know where things stand.
